A e-bike design created in collaboration with a small group of like-minded creatives, overseen and judged by professionals in the industry from Hyundai, including the creative lead of the genesis car model line. We were selected as the best design among all design collaborations.
After conducting on-site research of bukchon hanok village, we found a market gap. We focused our design to assist disabled bodies to travel through bukchon hanok village. Our design included a ui/ux system to direct tourists to our service and be provided access to our e-bike. design features include a mobility cane holder and a storage compartment for wheelchairs.
after the concept was formed, work was divided among group members by strengths. I played large roles in physical construction, form conception, and rapid prototyping. this project required constant team communication, reworking, redesigning, and troubleshooting.
